DunPort provides capital to Pinewood Healthcare
Pinewood Healthcare (“Pinewood”) was established in 1976 and is a widely diversified generic pharmaceutical manufacturer. Operating from its manufacturing facility in Tipperary, Pinewood currently manufactures a product range in excess of 200 products (including generic and branded over the counter products). Through its distribution centre in Dublin, Pinewood’s products are sold in Ireland and the UK and over 20 further geographies around the world. Elm has provided long term debt capital for general corporate and growth purposes including the expansion of the company’s production capabilities.
The DunPort team worked closely with the Management team and its advisors to arrange and execute an appropriate senior debt package, in what was a tight timeframe, to support the Company’s growth plans.
