DunPort Capital, via the Elm Corporate Credit fund, provided acquisition finance facilities to support ECI Partners purchase of a stake in KB Associates (KBA), a leading provider of management company (UCITS and AIFMD) and consulting services to the asset management industry. DunPort, via Elm, also provided the Company with additional committed facilities to fund its growth plans over the coming years.

Founded in 2003, Dublin-headquartered KBA also has offices in London, New York and Cayman Islands.

KBA has 60 consultants, works with over 230 asset management firms including some of the world’s biggest managers, and supports investment funds with assets under management in excess of €225bn.
