Pinewood Healthcare
DunPort Capital Management, through its Elm Corporate Credit DAC fund, arranged long-term funding for €35 million to Pinewood Laboratories Limited, Ireland, for general corporate and growth purposes.
The Tipperary based generic pharmaceutical manufacturing company has successfully raised a €35.0 million capital solution from the alternative SME lender DunPort Capital Management.
Pinewood currently manufactures a product range in excess of 200 products (including generic and branded over the counter products) which are sold both in Ireland and the UK and over 20 further geographies around the world.
DunPort and Elm were advised by McCann Fitzgerald and PwC while Pinewood was advised by Pareto Securities and A&L Goodbody.
